Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was very generously sized, spacious, and incredibly clean, despite facing the side street, it was surprisingly quiet. The service was top-notch with staff being helpful in providing directions and suggestions. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old city with convenient access to all attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good continental breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and lacked nothing in terms of modern amenities. With air conditioning that kept the room pleasantly cool whether the windows were open or shut, I couldn't have asked for more. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with all our questions and providing valuable recommendations for exploring the city. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to access all the must-see sites. The dining options were decent, offering a reasonable continental buffet with the added luxury of ordering eggs from the kitchen. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit out of date, were quiet overall but could get hot and noisy in the evenings due to their proximity to the kitchen. The service was fantastic with extremely helpful staff, although there were occasional rude responses to small complaints. The location was ideal, right in the center of Heidelberg, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were good, offering a basic English breakfast, but on the pricier side. The facilities were decent, catering to essential needs.
